Data Commons — Intervention & Community
Cel Line intervention tagging
Tag each Cel Line with the intervention active during that period, drawn from a platform-wide intervention library. When data paths are fair-paired, the tag applies to both paths automatically. Monetization & Celerity Mental Health

Month 6–9 · Aug–Nov 2026

With users who love the platform, informed monetization decisions become possible. Celerity Mental Health begins development in earnest.

Sustainability
Determine and implement monetization model
The right model is still an open question. Guiding principles: individual access should stay affordable; the platform shouldn't be paywalled in ways that exclude practitioners who need it most. Premium tiers should add value, not gate core functionality.

Data Commons — Design Notes

Living document

What if enough people measured carefully, across enough domains, that patterns nobody expected started to emerge? The Data Commons is the bet that collective measurement has something to teach us. An anonymous, opt-in repository of celeration data — across whatever domains Celerity eventually reaches — that grows more useful the more people contribute to it.

What the Commons Makes Possible
Population-level celeration norms
Each domain and tag category accumulates enough charts to produce distribution statistics — typical celerations, bounce ranges, medians, phase transition patterns. A chart stops being just a record of one person and becomes a data point in a much larger picture.
Comparative learning pictures
How does this learner compare to others with similar pinpoints, demographics, and starting conditions? What interventions have been associated with the fastest learning for this type of target? These are the questions the Commons is built to answer — not from theory, but from aggregated measurement.
Intervention effect data — across every domain
Cel Lines tagged with interventions accumulate into a growing, searchable record of what works, for what, and under what conditions. When data paths are fair-paired, a Cel Line tag applies to both paths — counting the full picture of an intervention's effect. The data is community-generated, not curated by a central authority.
Participation & Community
Opt-in contribution; always anonymous in the Commons
Charts are opted into the Commons explicitly — a single toggle per chart. Once opted in, charts appear in the repository anonymously: no performer name, no identifying context. Category tags, celeration values, and analysis data are what gets shared. Not all charts are appropriate for the Commons — a societal data chart tracking election results belongs somewhere else entirely.
Contribution badges
Charts and Cel Lines that meet or exceed platform norms for their category earn visible quality badges — recognition that the data contributed something worth celebrating.
